How do I view your apartments?
We show by appointment and meet you at the property.

When may I view your apartments?
Viewing times are Monday-Friday between 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

What do I do if I want an apartment?
Submit a completed lease application, a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE credit check fee and a separate check or money order for the deposit of $500. This takes the unit off of the market while we process your application.

Can I download an application online?
Yes, you can click here to download the application.  You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the file.  You can fill out the form on pages 2 and 3, then print, sign, and deliver the application to our office with the associated fees.

What is the Security Deposit?
The Security Deposit is equivalent to one and a half times the monthly rent.

How long does the lease application approval take?
Generally 3-5 business days. Final approval will only be given once the credit check has been run, landlord references have been confirmed, and employment information has been checked on each applicant and/or cosigner.

What happens in the case of bad credit or a lack of employment verification of landlord references?
In some cases we can work with a cosigner. Options available to you will be discussed once the information has been verified.

What happens once I’m approved?
You will be required to come in and sign the actual Lease Agreement within 7 days of notification.

When are balances due?
The balance of the security deposit balance, equal to 1½ months rent, is due at the time you sign the lease. The first month’s rent is due when we give you the keys to the apartment.

When can I move in?
You may move in on the first day of the month in which your lease term begins. Since the current resident has until midnight on the last day of the lease, we cannot guarantee you early entry.

How do you handle emergency repairs?
We respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you have an emergency when our office is closed, just call our regular phone number, and our answering service will page one of us for you.
