Applicants

Thank you for applying for one of our units. To complete the application process, please complete the following:

• Pay your admin fee by sending $300 per applicant via Zelle to processing@andcomanagement.com.
  

    Once the application(s) and admin fee(s) are received, we can take the unit you are applying for off of the market and begin processing the application.

• If your landlord(s) do not complete the online residency verification, you may provide us with a copy of your signed lease and a tenant ledger/proof of payment.
